General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS)

Applicable to the "Pop-up Shop" and special events

1. Purpose and Scope

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTCS") apply to the online sale of merchandise and tickets for exceptional, non-regular events offered by the association I-Rebel (hereinafter "the Seller") on its website www.[your-domain].com. These GTCS are intended exclusively for non-professional buyers (hereinafter "the Client") and govern the contractual relationship between I-Rebel and the Client. By confirming an order, the Client acknowledges having read and accepted these GTCS without reservation.

2. Products and Events

The Seller offers for sale:

Merchandise such as jewelry, accessories, clothing, and themed items. Each product is accompanied by a detailed description (materials, dimensions, etc.), which is non-contractual.
Tickets for cultural events and gatherings.

3. Pricing

Prices are indicated in Euros (€) and are net (tax-exempt). In accordance with Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code, VAT is not applicable. Prices do not include shipping costs, which are specified before the order is finalized. For international orders, any customs duties and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the Client.

4. Ordering

Orders are placed online via the shopping cart process. To validate an order, the Client must accept these GTCS by checking the dedicated box in the cart. After payment, the Seller sends a confirmation email to the Client, including a summary of the purchase. This confirmation should be kept by the Client.

5. Payment

Payment is made through the methods provided by the Seller, such as credit card or PayPal. Payments are secure and processed by an external provider. I-Rebel never has access to the Client's payment data.

6. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Client during the order process. Delivery times are indicative and depend on the carrier. The Seller agrees to ship products within 30 days of order confirmation. I-Rebel cannot be held liable for delays or non-delivery due to force majeure or the fault of the carrier. If the order is not delivered within a reasonable timeframe after the expected date, the Client may request a refund.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the law, the Client has 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without providing a reason or paying penalties. Exclusions: Personalized or custom-made products, or items that by their nature cannot be returned, are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Return requests must be sent by email to i.rebel.label@gmail.com. The product must be returned in new condition, complete, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Client, except in the case of an error by the Seller.

8. Legal Warranties

All products sold by I-Rebel benefit from the following legal warranties under the French Consumer Code and Civil Code:

Legal Warranty of Conformity: The consumer has 2 years from delivery to act. They may choose between repair or replacement, unless the choice results in a clearly disproportionate cost.
Warranty Against Hidden Defects: The consumer may act within 2 years of discovering the defect for a full or partial refund.

9. Liability

I-Rebel cannot be held liable for indirect damages, loss of data, loss of business, or any other harm resulting from the order or use of products after delivery.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These GTCS are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation and/or execution shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
