Invoices are kept for 10 years, in accordance with French law. Other data is kept for the duration of the commercial relationship.

4. Purpose of the Site

The site aims to:

Present I-Rebel's projects: music production, music/DAW lessons, music videos, photography, artist management, and event organization.
Manage the association's music label and the "One Drop Magazine" media.
Distribute artistic creations and occasionally offer merchandise for sale.

General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS)

1. Scope

These GTCS apply to online sales of merchandise and event tickets offered by I-Rebel. By validating an order, the Customer accepts these terms without reserve.

2. Prices

Prices are indicated in Euros (€) and are Tax-Free. In accordance with Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code, VAT is not applicable. Shipping costs are specified before validation. For international orders, customs duties and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

3. Payment

Payment is made via secure external providers (Credit Card, PayPal). I-Rebel never has access to the Customer's payment data.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided. I-Rebel commits to shipping products within 30 days of order confirmation.

5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with French law, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal. Custom or personalized products are excluded from this right. Return shipping costs are at the Customer's expense.

6. Legal Warranties

All products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects (French Civil Code and Consumer Code).

7. Governing Law

These GTCS are subject to French Law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
